1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to https://learnskills.academy and enrollment in live online courses offered by Learn Skills Academy ("we", "us"). By browsing our site, submitting a form, or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Service Delivery Policy.
2. About Our Services
We provide live instructor-led online training delivered primarily via Zoom (and related digital tools). Services include programming, design, languages, business, and related skill courses. Course descriptions, duration, level, price (in USD unless otherwise stated), and schedule are shown on each course page.
We currently list multiple live programs (IT, Design, Languages, Business). Catalog details may be updated; the course page at the time of purchase is the reference for what you bought.
3. Eligibility
- You must provide accurate name, email, and phone details for enrollment.
- If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete and authorize the purchase.
- You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet, and Zoom access.
4. Enrollment & Payment
- Enrollment is confirmed after successful payment (or approved installment where offered).
- Prices are displayed in USD. Payment is processed through authorized gateways such as PayFast / partner banks.
- You agree not to use stolen cards, false identities, or fraudulent payment methods.
- After payment, you will receive confirmation and class joining instructions by email, WhatsApp, or phone using the contacts you provided.
5. Class Attendance & Conduct
- Students should join on time and participate respectfully.
- Recording, redistributing, or selling course materials without written permission is prohibited.
- We may remove a student from a batch for abusive behavior, harassment, or violation of these Terms, without refund if misconduct is established.
- Missed live sessions: where recordings or make-up options are offered, they will be communicated by the instructor or support team. Availability may vary by course.
6. Intellectual Property
Course content, curricula, logos, website design, and materials remain the property of Learn Skills Academy or its licensors. Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use materials for your own learning only.
7. Certificates
Certificates (where advertised) are issued upon meeting the course completion criteria set by the instructor (e.g. attendance and/or assignments). Certificates do not constitute an accredited university degree unless explicitly stated.
8. Website Use
- Do not attempt to hack, scrape excessively, or disrupt the website.
- Content on the site is for general information; we may correct errors without notice.
- Third-party links (e.g. Zoom, social media) are governed by those parties' terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learn Skills Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or courses (including job outcomes, internet outages, or Zoom platform issues outside our control). Our total liability for any claim related to a course purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that course.
10. Changes to Courses or Terms
We may update schedules, instructors, or these Terms when needed. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. If a batch is cancelled by us, you will be offered a transfer to another batch or a refund as described in our Refund Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first be addressed amicably via our support channels. Courts in Lahore, Pakistan shall have jurisdiction where legal proceedings become necessary.
